Warranty Claim Process

In order to effectively deal with a product warranty claim it is imperative that the claims process is followed in order to swiftly resolve the claim.

  • Product owner is required to provide Proof of Purchase and Registered Warranty.
  • Product owner is then required to fill out the warranty claim form, providing information and imagery so that we can assess the claim.
  • Once reviewed by our technical team (approx 7 days from receipt)  we will then be in touch with the outcome of the claim and any recommendations.

Warranty Claims Checklist

  • Proof of Purchase and warranty ID.
  • Photos as guided on the claim form which shows joist centers, expansion gaps, area affected, overall installation.
  • Information regarding the installer/contractor and installation date.
