We make warranty claims as simple as possible, so if you want to make a claim, make sure you have the following information to hand:

The product owner is required to provide proof of purchase and evidence of their registered warranty.
The product owner is required to fully complete the warranty claim form, providing information and imagery of the issue so our team can assess the claim. Photos needed will include joist centres and expansion gaps, as well as images that show the overall installation condition and the area that is affected.
The product owner should provide us with as much information as possible regarding the installation, including the date it took place and the installer used.
Once the claim has been reviewed by our team, we will be in touch to inform you of the outcome of the claim. This process will typically take seven days from when we receive your claim.

To register your warranty, you must do so within 45 days after the purchase date of your composite decking. Visit our warranty registration page and fill out the required information to receive your warranty registration number.

A warranty registration number is essential for us to process your claim. Without this number, we will not be able to proceed with any warranty-related assistance.

You will need to provide proof of purchase that clearly states the name of the product. Please note that an installer invoice may not be sufficient; the proof of purchase should be the invoice for the product itself.

To submit a warranty claim, complete the warranty claim form available on our website. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email with your Ticket ID number. This number is necessary for our claims team to assist you.

After submitting your warranty claim and receiving your Ticket ID number via email, our claims team will review your submission and contact you within 7 working days for any additional information or next steps.

If you have not received your Ticket ID number after submitting the warranty claim form, please check your spam/junk email folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us via email at [email protected] assistance.

No, you must register your warranty within the 45-day period post-installation to be eligible to submit a warranty claim. Ensure you have your warranty registration number ready when submitting a claim.

Like many luxury building product brands, it is necessary to register your warranty as prompted on the product packaging and installation guide. Unfortunately, if the warranty was not registered within the required 45-day period, we are unable to process any warranty claims.
