We make warranty claims as simple as possible, so if you want to make a claim, make sure you have the following information to hand:

  • The product owner is required to provide proof of purchase and evidence of their registered warranty.
  • The product owner is required to fully complete the warranty claim form, providing information and imagery of the issue so our team can assess the claim. Photos needed will include joist centres and expansion gaps, as well as images that show the overall installation condition and the area that is affected.
  • The product owner should provide us with as much information as possible regarding the installation, including the date it took place and the installer used.
  • Once the claim has been reviewed by our team, we will be in touch to inform you of the outcome of the claim. This process will typically take seven days from when we receive your claim.
